Geometric Software Solutions Company Ltd has announced that the names of the following subsidiary Companies of the Company have been changed as under:

1. CBT COMPANIES ROMANIA SRL is now GEOMETRIC SRL.

2. GEOMETRIC SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS INC (U.S) is now GEOMETRIC AMERICAS INC.
