Jai Balaji denies news on walking out of consortium

With reference to the news item regarding the Company has walked out of the consortium to whom a Coal Block Was allotted in Rohne, in the State of Jharkhand. The JV partners are JSW Steel Ltd, Bhushan Power and Steel Ltd and the Company, Jai Balaji Industries Ltd has clarified that the Company denies that it has walked out of the consortium and confirms that its is very much part of the JV and is very much committee to the Project and the JV and is taking all the steps in discussion with other JV Partners to complete the entire process. The news which has appeared is not correct.

The stock closed the day at Rs.183.50, up by Rs.3 or 1.66%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.185 and low of Rs.174.25. The total traded quantity was 3307 compared to 2 week average of 10443.
