Pantaloon Retail Board to consider dividend

Pantaloon Retail India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 26, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following business:

1. To consider and approve the audited financial results for the last quarter & year ended June 30, 2007.

2. To consider and approve the audited Profit & Loss Account for the financial year ended on June 30, 2007 and the Balance Sheet as at that date.

3. To consider and approve the audited consolidated Profit & Loss Account for the financial year ended on June 30, 2007 and the consolidated Balance Sheet as at that date.

4. To consider and recommend Dividend.

5. To consider and fix the Book Closure Dates for the purpose of dividend to be declared in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
