State Trading Corporation zooms on Bonus Issue proposal

State Trading Corporation of India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 26, 2007, to recommend allotting of bonus shares at a ratio of 1:1 subject to approval of the shareholders.

In BSE, the State Trading Corporation of India Ltd stock was trading at Rs.238.35, up by Rs.39.70 or 19.98%.
