Neo Sack to Change name as "Neo Corp International Ltd"

Neo Sack Ltd has announced that the Company's application to the Registrar of Companies with respect to the change of name from "Neo Sack Ltd" to "Neo Corp International Ltd" has been approved and the fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon change of name dated September 06, 2007 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gwalior received by the Company on the September 11, 2007, was adopted by the Board in its meeting held on September 14, 2007. Consequently the name of the Company stands changed to "Neo Corp International Ltd".
