Suraj Stainless allots Bonus Shares

Suraj Stainless Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 17, 2007 has allotted 1,13,39,400 number of equity shares as bonus shares to the holders of equity shares as on September 17, 2007, being the record date for the purpose of ascertaing their rights for bonus shares.
