Jetking Infotrain allots Bonus Shares

Jetking Infotrain Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 15, 2007, has approved the allotment of 19,63,000 Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:1 to the members whose name appears in the register of members on the record date i.e. August 23, 2007 as fixed by the Board.
