IID Forgings fixes Record Date for stock split

IID Forgings Ltd has announced that October 19, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of sub-division / stock split of equity shares of Rs 10/- per share of the Company into five equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
