Banco Products allots Bonus Shares

Banco Products India Ltd has announced that on September 14, 2007, the Company has made allotment of 67,60,896 fully paid up Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each as Bonus Shares to the shareholders as on the Record Date of August 31, 2007.
