Capital First Ltd allots 87700 Shares pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options

The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Capital First Ltd through a resolution passed at its meeting held on July 01, 2016, has allotted 87,700 equity shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid up to the allottees upon exercise of stock options pursuant to the various CFL - Employee Stock Option Schemes.

With the allotment of the above shares, the equity base of the Company stands increased from present level of 9,13,67,244 (Nos.) to 9,14,54,944 Nos.) equity shares of Rs.10/- each.

Shares of CAPITAL FIRST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.595.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 567.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 76162 in over 2931 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 598.1 and intraday low of 568.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 44686565.
