Pantaloon Retail and Generali - Italy JV to Commence Insurance Business

Pantaloon Retail India Ltd has announced that Insurance Regulatory & Development Authority (IRDA) has issued certificate of registration to Future Generali India Life Insurance Company Ltd and Future Generali India Insurance Company Ltd, Joint Ventures between Company and Generali - Italy, to transact life insurance business and general insurance business respectively with effect from September 04, 2007.
