A meeting of the Board of Directors of Shree Ganesh Biotech (India) Ltd will be held on June 17, 2016, to consider and approve the agreement to dispose of the undertaking of the Company situated at Village Lakhipur, Post - Dawaronda, Illambazar, along with the plant and machineries and land adjacent thereto, in terms of the approval accorded by the shareholders of the Company vide their resolution dated June 01, 2016.
