DCB Bank Limited allots 22400 Equity Shares under ESOP

DCB Bank Ltd has allotted 22,400 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on May 18, 2016, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post this allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 28,45,71,723 shares of Rs. 10/- each.
