AK Capital to consider issue of warrants, shares

AK Capital Services Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which is scheduled to be held on August 29, 2007, has been postponed & is now scheduled to be held on August 31, 2007, to consider the following:

1. To appoint Mr. Subhash Chandra Bhargava as Additional Director (Independent).

2. The consider and approve the annual accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.

3. To consider and recommend dividend for the year ended March 31, 2007.

4. To consider increase in the Authorised Share capital of the Company.

5. To consider issue of Convertible Warrants.

6. To consider issue of Equity shares on preferential basis.

7. To consider issue of Compulsory Convertible Preference shares.

8. To consider and approve the notice of Annual General Meeting & decide the day, date, time and venue for the Annual General Meeting.
