Cera Sanitaryware allots 1,10,000 shares

Cera Sanitaryware Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 23, 2007, has allotted 1,10,000 equity shares to Vikram Investment Company Ltd, a member of the promoters group.

The Company has issued additional 1,10,000 equity shares to the promoters group out of 6,00,000 warrants issued to them.

The stock closed the day at Rs.125.70, up by Rs.5.95 or 4.97%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.125.70 and low of Rs.122.30. The total traded quantity was 425 compared to 2 week average of 9046.
