Talbros Automotive Board recommends 20% dividend

Talbros Automotive Components Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 20, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ 20% on the entire paid up share capital of Rs 11,37,96,300/-.
