Raja Bahadur Board recommends 10% dividend

Raja Bahadur Motilal Poona Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 21, 2007 , inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. Dividend @ 10% on equity capital for the financial year ended March 31, 2007 were recommended by the Board of Directors.

2. To hold next Annual General Meeting of the Company on September 21, 2007.
