Lincoln Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To approve the audited financial accounts for the year 2006-07.

2. To recommend dividend for the year 2006-07, if any.
