Elder Pharmaceuticals Board to recommend dividend

Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 28, 2007, inter alia, for approving the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007 and for recommendation of dividend for the said year. The said meeting will also decide the date of the 24th Annual General Meeting.
