Gujarat NRE Coke Ltd allots 25000000 equity shares

Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Management Committee of Gujarat NRE Coke Ltd at its meeting held on April 02, 2016 has allotted 2,50,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Promoter Group entities at Rs. 12/- per equity shares (including a premium of Rs. 2/- per equity share) on conversion of warrants as per the application received from promoter group entities for conversion.

Consequently, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 1303,52,71,850 to Rs. 1328,52,71,850 comprising of 127,60,39,175 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each and 5,24,88,010 "B" Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of GUJARAT NRE COKE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2.94 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 88143 in over 134 trades.
