Peerless Abasan Board to meet for issuing shares on amalgamation

Peerless Abasan Finance Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 27, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take action on the matters arising out of the Scheme of Amalgamation of Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd (SIDCL) with the Company, including reduction and consolidating the existing shares, issue of Fresh Shares to the shareholders of SIDCL, approval of consolidated accounts etc.
