Mafatlal Industries Board approves Scheme of Compromise / Arrangement

Mafatlal Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 18, 2007 approved the Scheme of Compromise / Arrangement between the Company and its Creditors.

As the Company has to file in the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat for getting direction for holding for the approval of the Scheme of Compromise or Arrangement.
