AXIS Bank Ltd allots 470635 Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 4,70,635 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on March 28, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 476,47,22,382 (238,23,61,191 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 476,56,63,652 (238,28,31,826 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
