MSK Projects Board to recommend final dividend

MSK Projects India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 27, 2007, inter alia, to transact following business:

1. To consider and adopt Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend final dividend on the equity shares for the year 2006-07.

3. Fixing of date, time and venue of Annual General Meeting.
