Allcargo Logistics Ltd to raise upto Rs. 300 crores

A meeting of the Resource Raising Committee of Allcargo Logistics Ltd will be held on March 28, 2016, to consider and approve mode of raising of funds upto INR 300 Crore by issue of Permitted Securities and seek approval of shareholders of the Company.

Shares of ALLCARGO LOGISTICS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.157 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 157.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13084 in over 558 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 159.2 and intraday low of 156. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2055258.
