HOV Services Ltd approves allotment of 8000 shares under ESOP

The Board of Directors of HOV Services Ltd at its meeting held on March 21, 2016, has discussed and approved allotment of 8,000 equity shares of Rs 10/-each pursuant to the ESOP Plan 2007.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up from 12,524,522 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 125,245,220/- to 12,532,522 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 125,325,220/-.

Shares of HOV SERVICES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.77.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 77.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1232 in over 65 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 78.6 and intraday low of 76.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 95858.
