HDFC allots 510530 equity shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

On March 16, 2016 Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has allotted 5,10,530 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees / directors.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 315,96,92,680 consisting of 157,98,46,340 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
