Rohit Ferro-Tech Ltd calls for Board Meeting on March 24, 2016

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Rohit Ferro-Tech Ltd will be held on March 24, 2016, to consider the conversion of a part of the Debt into Equity Shares as per Strategic Debt Restructuring (SDR) Package approved by the Joint Lenders Forum (JLF) of the Lenders of the Company pursuant to RBI Circular dated June 08, 2015.

The Board will consider issue of Equity Shares to Promoter Group on Preferential basis in lieu of the proposal for preferential issue of Convertible Warrants approved on July 31, 2015.

Further, in terms of provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the "Trading Window" for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from March 16, 2016 and will open 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of the outcome of the meeting on March 24, 2016.

Shares of ROHIT FERRO-TECH LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.4.79 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4.71. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15941 in over 52 trades.
