Kernex Microsystems updates on ACD Project

Kernex Microsystems India Ltd has informed about the following information has relevance and effect on the future operations of the Company and also its revenues.

(a) The Company has been involved in the last 3 years on executing ACD Pilot Project in NF Railways and the Railways Site Acceptance Tests have been completed in April 2007.

(b) Railway Board after review of its results declared the North Frontier Railways ACD Project is completed, commissioned and proved to be successful.

(c) According to Railway Corporate Safety Plan, the ACD System will be deployed in the entire Indian Railway Network by 2013, that is in the next 6 years.

(d) As part of above, survey work over 10,000 KMS is in progress.

The stock closed the day at Rs.303.90, down by Rs.8.30 or 2.66%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.324.40 and low of Rs.297. The total traded quantity was 96655 compared to 2 week average of 48641.
