In compliance of the requirement of the Simplified Listing Agreement for Debt Securities 2015 & SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AN DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015 in respect of Secured, Redeemable and Non-Convertible Debentures aggregating to Rs. 16,00,00,000/- (Rupees Sixteen Crores only) and Rs. 33,26,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Three Crores Twenty Six Lakhs only), RGVN (North East) Microfinance Ltd has convened its 44th Board Meeting on March 11, 2016 at 9.30 a.m. in which the Company has appointed a nominee director named Ms. Suvalaxmi Chakraborty on the Company's Board.
