Eldeco Housing & Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 22, 2007, inter alia, consider the following:

1. Approval of the Audited Annual Accounts of the Company for the financial year 2006-2007.

2. Recommendation of Dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2006-2007.
