Firstsource Solutions approves merger of RevIT Systems

Firstsource Solutions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14, 2007, has approved the proposal for Merger of RevIT Systems Pvt Ltd, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.76.85, down by Rs.1.15 or 1.47%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.77.95 and low of Rs.76.20. The total traded quantity was 272735 compared to 2 week average of 291137.
