Celestial Biolabs Limited to consider allotment of 1928000 shares on conversion of warrants

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Celestial Biolabs Ltd will be held on March 14, 2016, to consider the proposal to allot 19,28,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each (upon conversion of 19,28,000 warrants which were issued in the AGM held on November 15, 2014) on preferential basis to non promoter group.
