Diamond Cables and Clearwater Capital to fund revival of Apex Electrical Ltd

Diamond Cables Ltd has announced that Clearwater Capital Partners has conveyed its in principle concurrence to join the Company in funding the revival of Apex Electrical Ltd and three group Companies, the funding which in a mix of Equity and Debt shall be aggregating to Rs 63 crores.

Clearwater Capital Partners is one of the leading special Situations funds having interest in emerging markets.

The stock was trading at Rs.284.45, up by Rs.9.05 or 3.29%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.285.10 and low of Rs.275. The total traded quantity was 10675 compared to 2 week average of 16520.
