Central Bank of India announces change in composition of Board of Directors

Shri. Krishan Sethi, who was nominated as Part-Time Non-Official Director on the Board of Central Bank of India for a period of 3 years, vide Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Notification dated February 28, 2013, has ceased to be the Director of the Bank w.e.f. close of working hours on February 27, 2016 consequent upon completion of his tenure.

Shares of CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA was last trading in BSE at Rs.58 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 57.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 58657 in over 768 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 59.45 and intraday low of 55.8. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3389215.
