Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited (IEL), the operator of India's premier theme parks, has officially entered the Gujarat market. In a regulatory filing dated April 02, 2026, the company announced the execution of an Operation and Management (O&M) Agreement with Keshav Holiday Resort Private Limited (KHRPL).

Under this strategic partnership, Imagicaaworld will take over the complete management and operations of the well-known Shankus Water Park located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The agreement became effective on April 01, 2026.

his move marks a significant geographic expansion for the Imagicaaworld brand, moving beyond its traditional hubs. The partnership allows IEL to leverage its expertise in guest experience, safety protocols, and themed entertainment in a new territory.

Management & IP: Imagicaaworld will provide end-to-end O&M services. The agreement includes an option for the park to utilize Imagicaaworld's Intellectual Property (IP), potentially bringing familiar characters or themes to the Ahmedabad facility.

Revenue Model: IEL is entitled to receive a management fee that is linked to pre-agreed performance milestones, ensuring an asset-light growth model for the company.

Operational Scope: The company will oversee all aspects of the park, including Marketing, Alliances, Food & Beverage (F&B), and Retail business development.

By "sweating" its existing IP and operational capabilities, Imagicaaworld aims to improve its brand visibility while helping its local partner, Shanku Group, enhance the quality and reach of its offering.
