CyberTech Systems and Software Ltd grants ESOPs

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Board of Directors of CyberTech Systems and Software Ltd at its meeting held on February 25, 2016 granted 6,40,000 ESOPs (Grant price Rs. 36.10 per ESOP) to various employees under ESOP scheme of the Company.

Further Stakeholders Relationship Committee of Board of Directors of Company at its meeting held on February 25, 2016 allotted 50,000 Equity Shares to the employee of the Company and 25,000 Equity Shares to the employee of subsidiary Company on exercise of ESOPs.

Shares of CYBERTECH SYSTEMS AND SOFTWARE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.35.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 36.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9629 in over 44 trades.
