Idea Cellular Ltd allots 45035 Equity shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Idea Cellular Limited has vide its circular resolution dated February 18, 2016 allotted 45,035 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each to the Option Grantees, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006).

Further, post the said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 3,600,462,091 equity shares of Rs.10/- each aggregating to Rs. 36,004,620,910/-.

Shares of IDEA CELLULAR LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.109.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 108.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 128598 in over 1350 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 110.9 and intraday low of 108.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 14105253.
