Ushdev International Board recommends 18% dividend

Ushdev International Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend of 18% on equity shares subject to approval by members at the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
