Cipla Ltd grants 11408 stock options

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Cipla Ltd at its meeting held on February 09, 2016 has approved the grant of 11,408 Stock Options to employees of the Company and its subsidiary companies, in terms of Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013-A ("ESOS 2013-A"). The said Options carry the right to apply for equal number of equity shares of the Company of face value of Rs. 2/- each.

The Options would vest not earlier than 1 year and not later than 2 years from the date of grant of Options and the exercise period is 5 years from the date of vesting of Options. The Exercise price per option is Rs. 2/-.

Shares of CIPLA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.556.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 567. The total number of shares traded during the day was 143682 in over 3408 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 570.55 and intraday low of 551.4. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 80127283.
