CHL Ltd approves Right Issue

The Board of Directors of CHL Ltd at its meeting held on February 09, 2016, has considered various avenues for fund raising activities. After deliberation/discussions the Board has decided to opt for Rights Issue for further fund raising. In this regard the Board has constituted a "Share Issuance Committee" which has been empowered to, decide the price and ratio of the proposed Rights Issue.
