Hindalco Industries Ltd Board approves fund raising proposal

The Board of Directors of Hindalco Industries Ltd at its meeting held on February 09, 2016, has approved the issuance of Non-convertible Debentures not exceeding Rs. 1500 Crores and raising Term Loan up to Rs. 2,000 Crores.

Shares of HINDALCO INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.69.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 69.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2168804 in over 7302 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 70.8 and intraday low of 67.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 150203640.
