NRB Industrial Bearings Ltd approves issue of preference shares

The Board of Directors of NRB Industrial Bearings Ltd at its meeting held on January 29, 2016, has approved the issuance of Preference Shares of Rs. 20 Crore @ the rate of 6% Interest through private placement and shall take consent of shareholders approval through Postal ballot.
