Orbit Exports Ltd allots 13000 shares

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of Orbit Exports Ltd in its Meeting held on January 29, 2016, has allotted 13,000 equity shares of Face Value of Rs. 10/- each to the employees of the Company pursuant to exercise of options under its OEL Employees Stock Option Plan - 2013.

The paid up share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 14,32,91,500/- to Rs. 14,34,21,500/-. The new shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing capital.

Shares of ORBIT EXPORTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.352.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 355. The total number of shares traded during the day was 456 in over 35 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 359.5 and intraday low of 348. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 161097.
