Larsen & Toubro Ltd allots 264108 shares

Larsen & Toubro Ltd has allotted 2,64,108 (Two Lakh Sixty Four Thousand One Hundred Eight) shares on January 29, 2016 to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Ownership / Option Schemes.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.
