Blue Star Ltd Grants Additional ESOP to Employees

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Blue Star Ltd, in its meeting held on January 29, 2016 has granted 54,000 Employee Stock Options to the eligible employees of the Company, under its Employee Stock option Scheme, 2013.

Shares of BLUE STAR LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.357 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 361.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2209 in over 151 trades.
