PVR Ltd approves allotment of 92750 shares

The Board of Directors of PVR Ltd at its meeting held on January 29, 2016, has approved the allotment of 92,750 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 190/- each share against the same number of Options exercised by the employees of the Company pursuant to PVR ESOS 2012.

Shares of PVR LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.770.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 753.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7005 in over 819 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 786 and intraday low of 736.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5403325.
