Jai Corp Board to consider Bonus Issue

Jai Corp Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 09, 2007 inter alia, to consider a proposal for capitalisation of reserves through issue of bonus shares.

The issue of bonus shares, if approved by the Board of Directors, would be subject to approval of the shareholders.

The stock was trading at Rs.5061.70, up by Rs.241 or 5%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.5061.70 and low of Rs.5061.70. The total traded quantity was 513 compared to 2 week average of 15809.
