STI India fixes Book Closure for AGM

STI India Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 24, 2007 to September 29, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 29, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors of the Company has not recommend any Dividend for the year 2006-07 in view of the inadequate profits.
