Prabhu Steel Industries Ltd appoints directors, company secretary

The Board of Directors of Prabhu Steel Industries Ltd at its meeting held on January 11, 2016, have considered and approved the resignation of Mrs. Anita Agrawal.

The Board has approved the appointment of Mrs. Sheetal Bhavin Nagda as an Independent Director of the Company and the appointment of Mrs. Bijal Yogesh Durgavale as an Independent Director of the Company.

The Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Rajendra Sand as the Company Secretary of the Company.

The Board also approved the formation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee consisting of all the Independent Directors.
